with Michael Karasinski
My name is Michael Karasinski, but you can call me Mike. I am a PGA of Canada Professional.
Before golf, I was a top ranked junior figure skater in Canada and a provincial level soccer player. In 2013 I suffered a career ending knee injury, forcing me to retire from both sports. I recovered from my injury and my grandmother told me I should pick up one of my sports again or a new one for fun. I ended up choosing golf. I picked up golf in the spring of 2016 and have never looked back since.
Member of the Brock University Varsity Men’s Golf Team (2020)
Achieved a scratch handicap (0) in 3.5 years of golfing
Multiple Top 10 finishes on the Niagara Men’s tour (2019-2020)
My goal as a coach is to help everyone enjoy learning the game of golf as much as I did when I was learning how to play. The beauty in golf is that there are no two golfers alike and that there is more than one way to play the game. I want to help everyone enjoy the game of golf in their own unique way, while teaching them new skills that may enhance your experience on the course so that they can enjoy the game just as much as I do each time I step up to the 1st tee.
